We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) under normal volume. During times of high volume (BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY & HOLIDAYS IN GENERAL) it may take up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed regardless of the method of shipping chosen at checkout; That includes Priority Mail.
When your order leaves the JBRish Warehouse, it is put in the hands of some very capable shipping companies in order for you to receive your items safely, undamaged, and in a timely manner. However, we do not have control of what happens after your order leaves our warehouse. Occasionally packages get lost and accidents happen due to circumstances out of our control. APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Unfortunately we have not had the best experience shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. There have been many delays and lost packages. If an order comes through with the above type address, we reserve the right to cancel the order at which time a full refund will be returned back to the payment method used.
*If you are confident about receiving packages to your APO/FPO/DPO address let us know and we will ship it out to you, but please note there are no guarantees on this shipping.
U.S. Shipping
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First-Class, First-Class Package, Priority Mail, or UPS unless other arrangements have been made in advance with authorized JBRish personnel. Our shipping price is calculated by weight of items in your order and location to where your order will be sent, so shipping prices can vary with each order. Shipping prices are calculated at the time of checkout. We can ship to valid U.S. P.O. Boxes. Most orders arrive within 2-6 business days from the time you receive notice that it leaves our warehouse.
International Orders Outside the U.S.
International orders may ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping times vary dramatically based on the country. Packages typically arrive between 7-30 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact us if there are specific circumstances you are aware of that may affect shipping to your country. Due to the cost of international shipping, international orders do not qualify for FREE shipping promotions.
Canceling/changing your order after it is placed:
We can't guarantee that we will be able to cancel/change orders once they have been placed especially during high volume times. This includes adding a discount/code after an order is placed. Once your order is received, you can return for a refund/exchange per our exchange policy.

Return / Exchange Policy for U.S. Orders
If you are unhappy with an item we will take it back for a full refund within 30 days from the date of your order as long as all items are in new, unused condition. If your item is visibly washed or worn, we will return your original item as-is. Fill out this form and include it with the merchandise you mail back to us. That’s it! As soon as we get your product back in new condition with original packaging, your return is usually processed within the following 2-5 business days and a confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending how your contact info is set up).
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: DURING MERCH DROPS/ON SALE ITEMS: IF YOU PURCHASE MORE THAN 6 ITEMS, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AND NO RETURNS, AS YOU CAN BE CONSIDERED A RE-SELLER. THIS INCLUDES MULTIPLE ORDERS TO SAME PERSON. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ORDER 3 SHIRTS ON 1 ORDER AND ANOTHER 5 IN ANOTHER ORDER, THAT'S A TOTAL OF 8 TO 1 PERSON AND THE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR RETURN. YOU CAN STILL EXCHANGE THESE ITEMS (BASED ON AVAILABILITY), BUT NO REFUNDS.

Return Shipping: If you have either ordered the wrong product, the wrong size, or have received an item that for any reason you are unhappy with, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. If a mistake was made by JBRish, please let us know ASAP and we will take full responsibility for the issue and cover all return costs associated with the mistake.
Refunds: If “Refund” is selected a credit will be issued for returned merchandise back to the credit card/payment method used. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges: Any price differences will be refunded back to the credit card used and/or we will send an invoice for any balance due and contact you if necessary. All exchanges are subject to product availability.
